Competition: Good Unicorn Retro Round Game-Worn Boots Competition
Competition Period: 16th September – 3rd October
Prize: One pair of Retro Round game-worn boots

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees of Good Unicorn, their immediate family members and any person directly involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter the competition, you must purchase a Good Unicorn tee during the Competition Period.

2.2 One (1) tee purchased = one (1) competition entry.

2.3 Each eligible tee purchased during the Competition Period will constitute one entry.

2.4 Multiple purchases are permitted. For example, purchasing three (3) eligible tees will result in three (3) entries.

2.5 Entries must be made during the Competition Period. Purchases made before or after the Competition Period will not be eligible.

2.6 No separate entry or purchase is required beyond the purchase of an eligible Good Unicorn tee.

3. The Draw

3.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

3.2 The draw will take place on Saturday 3rd October in Western Australia.

3.3 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided when entering.

3.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the initial notification, Good Unicorn reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

4. Prize

4.1 The prize is one (1) pair of Retro Round game-worn boots.

4.2 The boots are game-worn and therefore may show signs of use, wear, marks or other imperfections. These characteristics are part of the nature of the prize and are not considered defects.

4.3 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

4.4 The prize cannot be returned or exchanged for another size, colour, style or product.

4.5 Good Unicorn reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

5. Eligible Entries

5.1 All entries must be complete, accurate and received during the Competition Period.

5.2 Good Unicorn reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 If an order used to enter the competition is cancelled, refunded or returned, the associated entry will no longer be eligible.

6. Winner

6.1 The winner's name may be announced on Good Unicorn's social media channels and/or website following the draw.

6.2 By entering the competition, entrants consent to Good Unicorn contacting them if they are selected as the winner.

6.3 The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal information collected as part of the competition will be handled in accordance with Good Unicorn's Privacy Policy.

7.2 Personal information will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.

8. General

8.1 Good Unicorn reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or extend the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

8.2 Good Unicorn accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted or unable to be processed due to technical or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
